What You’ll Do:
- Support the CEO
- Coordinate Tasks – Research, prepare reports, and organize documents.
- Work with Teams – Ensure smooth communication between the CEO and departments.
- Manage Projects – Help track progress and meet deadlines.
- Take on Extra Tasks – Help with anything needed to keep things running smoothly.
- Manage vendor relations and coordinate production timelines
- Build and hire the team as the brand scales
- Oversee inventory, supply chain, and fulfillment operations
- Optimize marketplace presence on Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other platforms
- Develop and execute social media scaling strategy
- Manage website development and e-commerce infrastructure
- Provide design direction and product feedback
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Education & Experience – Degree in Business, Communications, or similar (or relevant experience).
✔ Work Background – Experience as an assistant or office associate (retail industry is a plus).
✔ Skills – Organized, detail-oriented, and great at multitasking.
✔ Communication – Strong English skills (other languages are a plus).
✔ Tech-Savvy – Proficient in MS Office and other tools.
✔ Problem Solver – Proactive, adaptable, and ready to take on challenges.
✔ People Skills – Able to work well with different teams.
