Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute to annual strategies, objectives, marketing plans and budgets for specific product lines across different selling channels
Lead the development of new product innovation from concept to execution, generating ideas meeting a consumer need
Manage a cross functional team to launch projects on time and on budget
Develop product, pricing, promotion, placement and profit strategies to optimize distribution gains, sell-through and ROI
Measure campaign results, provide recommendations for the business and develop consumer marketing best practices for the company
Manage external marketing partners such as advertising/packaging agencies, digital marketing firms and production companies


Key Requirements:
Experience: Three to five years of experience in Brand Management, preferably in consumer packaged goods
Consistently demonstrates the ability to transmit ideas effectively with customers, agencies, and team members in a professional manner
Ability to use business planning, budgeting and sales forecasting in order to meet business goals and objectives, with direct budgeting and P&L responsibility
Must have strong verbal and written communications skills with ability to express ideas effectively and efficiently in the common language
Ability to establish & maintain effective working relationships with all contacts inside and outside of the company with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task, focus and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
