Job description for BRAND MANAGER at JADDIGROUP
Responsibilities:
- Develop & execute brand strategy, marketing plan, and promotional activities.
- Manage relationships with wine brand principals, distributors, and key trade partners.
- Drive sales growth through trade activation, events, promotions, and product training.
- Conduct market & competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Manage marketing budget, brand profitability, sales performance, and ROI.
- Coordinate inventory planning and ensure product availability.
- Prepare monthly sales, marketing, and brand performance reports.
Key Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Brand Management / Sales & Marketing, preferably in wine, beverage, F&B, or FMCG.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, trade marketing, and sales execution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a commercial & result-oriented mindset.
- Experienced in managing principals, distributors, and key accounts.
- Willing to work in a dynamic environment and handle brand-related events & activities.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
