Job description for Brand Manager at PT. Paris Food Heritage
What You'll Do :
- Develop and manage brand strategy, positioning, identity, and value proposition to strengthen the brand in the market.
- Identify consumer needs and work with R&D, Production, and QA to develop and improve products that meet market expectations.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, content, events, and other brand activities across relevant channels.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, consumer behavior, sales performance, and campaign results to identify opportunities and improvements.
- Collaborate with Sales and other departments to increase product sales, expand market reach, manage the marketing budget, and achieve overall brand growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG, preferably in Brand Management, Product Management, or Marketing roles.
- Proficient in written and spoken english.
- Experience working in international or premium food brands.
- Knowledge of product packaging, labeling regulations, and trade marketing.
- Analytical skills to interpret marketing metrics and KPIs effectively.
