Job Description:
* Develop and execute both short-term and long-term brand strategies.
* Plan and implement online and offline marketing campaigns.
* Manage new product launches and promotional activities.
* Analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior.
* Collaborate closely with the Sales, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Retail, and Visual Merchandising teams.
* Manage the marketing budget and evaluate the effectiveness of each campaign.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales, brand awareness, customer engagement, and marketing ROI.
* Prepare and present brand performance reports to management.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Brand Manager, Product Manager, or Marketing Manager.
* Experience in the retail industry is required; experience in the sports industry is an advantage.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce.
* Ability to analyze sales data and develop data-driven marketing strategies.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Fluent in both written and spoken English.
* Creative, innovative, results-oriented, and possesses strong leadership skills.
* Solid understanding of product launch processes and event marketing.
* Experience working with international brands is a plus.
