Job description for Brand Manager at Solusi Senyum Indonesia
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies to strengthen the brand image and drive brand growth in the market.
- Oversee total brand management, including product selection, inventory management, budget allocation, promotional planning, and achievement of sales targets.
- Lead initiatives to outperform market competitors, evaluating market trends and creating innovative programs to boost sales of selected brand products.
- Monitor and optimize marketing campaigns and activities to ensure continuous development, innovation, and effectiveness in driving brand success.
- Track and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to achieve sales objectives. Both offline & online
- Monitor the performance of both the brand and competitors, gathering insights to inform strategic decisions and enhance brand positioning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree from reputable University.
- Min 3+ years of marketing experience as Brand Executive and min. 1+years of marketing experience as Brand Manager.
- Has experience in successfully creating brand awareness through activations/campaigns.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Willing to join as soon as possible.
