We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and data-driven Brand Manager to lead the growth of our brand. In this role, you will be responsible for developing brand strategies, driving awareness and sales growth, leading impactful marketing campaigns, and ensuring strong brand positioning across digital and e-commerce channels.
Job Description
- Lead the end-to-end brand strategy, brand positioning, and go-to-market (GTM) execution for new skincare product launches and continuous brand growth.
- Drive product innovation by identifying emerging skincare trends (e.g., active ingredients, clinical claims) and manage the product portfolio lifecycle from concept to market launch.
- Oversee the brand's P&L, financial forecasting, revenue targets, and marketing budget allocation to ensure optimal ROI and ROAS.
- In-depth familiarity with Indonesia’s e-commerce landscape, affiliate marketing, social commerce, as well as Modern Trade channel dynamics.
- Develop and execute integrated omnichannel marketing campaigns across digital platforms (KOLs, TikTok, Shopee Ads, Meta, etc) and offline brand activations.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance for the Indonesian market, facilitating administrative processes such as BPOM registrations, Halal certifications, and packaging claim validations.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to drive distribution and market penetration across e-commerce and Direct-to-Consumer (D2C).
- Monitor consumer behavior, beauty trends, and competitor activities to guide the production of high-quality creative assets alongside internal teams and external agencies.
- Lead, mentor, and align team members to execute brand initiatives and achieve company objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of proven working experience in Brand Management or Brand Marketing, specifically within the Beauty, Skincare, or Personal Care industry.
- Deep understanding of the local and regional skincare landscape, ingredient trends, and BPOM regulatory processes.
- Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of managing P&L, budgeting, and executing data-driven growth marketing strategies.
- Highly proficient in the digital marketing ecosystem, including e-commerce marketplaces, performance ads, affiliate marketing, and KOL management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Sales, Regulatory) and present to C-level executives.
- Highly proactive, target-oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work in a onsite arrangement based in BSD.
