Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Brand Management, preferably in cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG industry
Strong expertise in Brand Strategy development, Brand Positioning, and Market Research analysis
Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns (online & offline)
Experience handling product launch, rebranding, or new product development (NPD)
Familiar with digital marketing performance metrics (engagement, conversion, brand awareness, etc.)
Strong understanding of local market trends and customer preferences in the beauty industry
Experience with branding in consumer goods industry is a plus
