- Turn brand strategies into effective campaigns that build awareness and brand presence.
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
- Manage product launches, brand activations, offline events, and branding projects from planning to execution.
- Develop campaign concepts, big ideas, collaborations, and community engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure projects meet timeline, budget, and brand standards.
- Develop and manage marketing calendars, campaign plans, creative briefs, PDPs, and marketing materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in beauty or FMCG industry.
- Proficient in Canva, Google Workspace, AI tools, and monitoring tools.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy,skincare trends,and campaign development.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with competitor monitoring skills.
- Proactive,detail-oriented,strong brand ownership and time management.
- Experienced in agency/vendor management and cross-functional collaboration, with strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
