Job description for brand Executive at PT. Anugrah Jaya Retailindo
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and execute short-term and long-term brand strategies to maximize retail sales.
* Lead and manage the brand retail team to achieve retail sales goals.
* Ensure brand performance aligns with the strategic direction and brand concept, and be accountable to management.
* Coordinate and collaborate with the business development and merchandising departments in executing retail sales plans.
* Work with the marketing team to implement marketing campaigns (both offline and digital) from concept to evaluation.
* Conduct regular 4P analysis, market research, and competitor analysis
* Build and maintain effective communication and relationships with retailers, both at the head office and store operational levels.
* Responsible for supply each brand related with leadtimes production, MOQ & Production capacity & commitment
* Knowledge of QC standards and product specifications
Qualifications
* Minimum 1 years of experience in branding or retail marketing, preferably in the fashion or consumer products industry.
* Strong understanding of brand strategy and consumer behavior.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Creative, independent, and detail-oriented
* Ability to work in a team and manage projects with tight deadlines.
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (Marketing, Business Management, or related field).
