Job description for Brand Executive at Balans Lifestyle Supplement
We’re looking for a Brand Executive who will support the execution of brand-building initiatives. You will play a key role in one of our emerging brands within the Balans Group ecosystem, helping build it from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, approach, negotiate, and manage end-to-end collaborations with KOLs, influencers, and creator communities.
- Develop and execute collaborations with brands, communities, media partners, and external organizations to expand brand reach.
- Plan and coordinate online/offline events, product launches, pop-ups, and experiential marketing activities.
- Build strong relationships with influencers, agencies, partners, vendors, and event organizers for long-term collaboration opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of partnership campaigns, influencer activities, and brand activations.
- Track campaign and event performance, analyze KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI), and provide actionable insights.
- Support marketing initiatives that strengthen brand positioning, increase audience engagement, and contribute to overall business growth.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years experience in Brand Marketing, KOL & Partnerships, or Event Activation.
- Experience handling KOL/influencer campaigns from planning to execution.
- Experience managing external partnerships and collaborations.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple stakeholders.
