Brand Development

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree all major
1–3 Years Experience in Related Position (Brand Development, Business Development, Key Account, atau Affiliate Marketing)
Understanding of the Affiliate Program on TikTok and Shopee is preferred
Experience in building and maintaining relationships with brands/partners
Familiar with basic sales/partnership metrics (conversion rate, GMV, commission structure)
Comfortable doing outreach and cold approach to potential brand partners
Excellent Negotiating Skill
Excellent Communication Skill (written & verbal)
Excellent Teamwork
Detail-oriented and target-driven
Hardworking

Willing to work on-site (office-based)
