Job description for Brand Communications Manager at Little Palmerhaus
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Researching and analyzing consumer behavior, market trends and competitor activity
- Planning and executing marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, sponsorships and corporate social responsibility programs
- Handling brands (in-store activation - handling BTL and merchandising) and digital activities
- Responsible to build and maintain a strong brand identity
- Implementing SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility and Utilizing platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other performance marketing tools
- Create and implement strategic plans to grow Little Palmerhaus's brand presence, aligning with overall business objectives and market opportunities
- Ensuring that marketing and communications efforts adhere to agreed timelines and managing expectations with various stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams, including e-commerce, sales, creative, production, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and execution
REQUIREMENT:
- Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in marketing/business major, with min. 4 years experience in related fields
- Having background from Skincare, Personal Care or Fashion industry is more preferred
- Must have experience in handling brands (in-store activation - handling BTL and merchandising) and digital activities
- Conduct competitor studies such as analyzing competitor activities and researching various types of campaigns
- Previous experience in managing and leading teams
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
