Job description for Brand Communication Manager at PURA Indonesia

Job Description

  1. Menyusun dan menjalankan strategi marketing untuk meningkatkan brand awareness, sales growth, dan market penetration produk seasoning powder healthy food.
  2. Memimpin dan mengelola department Marketing & Communication, Creative agar seluruh pekerjaan berjalan efektif dan konsisten dengan brand identity.
  3. Mengembangkan campaign online & offline, termasuk social media activation, KOL/influencer collaboration, event, sampling, & in-store promotion.
  4. Mengawasi pembuatan konten kreatif untuk berbagai platform (Instagram, TikTok, marketplace, POSM, website, dll).
  5. Memastikan seluruh materi visual dan komunikasi brand sesuai dengan positioning perusahaan sebagai healthy food brand.
  6. Menganalisa tren pasar, perilaku konsumen, dan aktivitas kompetitor untuk menghasilkan strategi marketing yang relevan dan kompetitif.
  7. Mengelola budget marketing dan memastikan efektivitas penggunaan budget campaign.
  8. Memantau performa campaign melalui insight, engagement, traffic, conversion, dan sales performance.
  9. Mengembangkan strategi branding dan product communication untuk memperkuat keunggulan produk di pasar healthy food.
  10. Menjalin kerja sama dengan vendor, agency, media, komunitas, dan partner eksternal lainnya

Requirements

  1. Pendidikan minimal S1 Marketing, Communication, Business, Design, atau bidang terkait.
  2. Pengalaman minimal 3–5 tahun di bidang Marketing/Brand/Creative, terutama di industri FMCG, retail, healthy food, atau food & beverage.
  3. Memiliki pengalaman memimpin tim creative dan marketing.
  4. Memahami digital marketing, social media strategy, content planning, dan campaign execution.
  5. Memiliki sense branding dan visual communication yang kuat.
  6. Memahami consumer behavior, terutama di industri healthy lifestyle dan food products.
  7. Berpengalaman menjalankan activation/event/promotional campaign menjadi nilai tambah.
  8. Mampu membaca data campaign dan membuat strategi berdasarkan insight market.
  9. Memiliki kemampuan leadership, komunikasi, project management, dan problem-solving yang baik.
  10. Familiar dengan tools marketing & creative seperti Meta Ads, TikTok, Canva, Google Workspace, dan basic analytics.
  11. Kreatif, inovatif, target-oriented, dan mampu bekerja di lingkungan fast-paced.
