Job description for Brand & Social Media Specialist at Upletics
About Upletics :
Upletics is a fast-growing multi-sport lifestyle brand built for those who move — from the gym to the trails, from weekend runners to everyday athletes. We believe in performance with personality, and gear that fuels movement.
Objectives :
- Execute and amplify Upletics’ brand voice
- Produce consistent & engaging content across platforms
- Support key marketing activities to drive awareness and sales
Responsibilities :
- Research content ideas
- Create & execute a weekly content strategy
- Manage & collaborate with UGC Creators to produce content
- Propose & report to higher management on micro-creators for collaboration
- Create visual design for social media as required
- Plan, shoot and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Stories) as required
Experience & Background :
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or branding
- Experience with sports, fitness, or lifestyle brands is a strong plus
- Has worked in a startup or small team environment
- Comfortable and confident in front of camera to create content when needed
Skills & Tools :
- Strong in short-form video editing (CapCut, VN, InShot)
- Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc)
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and social media trends
- Photography & Videography experience
