Job description for Brand and social media executive at Smith Berlin
Smith Berlin is growing and we're looking for someone who can take our brand presence to the next level. Sharp taste, a genuine understanding of fashion, and the ability to turn creative ideas into content that makes people stop scrolling. You'll have the space to build content strategy from scratch, execute your own ideas, maintain brand identity consistency, and develop KOL/influencer partnerships that drive real brand awareness.

Responsibilities
Develop monthly content plans for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms, focused on strengthening Smith Berlin's brand awareness and online presence
Execute creative content end-to-end (concept, caption, shoot/production coordination)
Maintain brand identity consistency (visual, tone of voice, messaging) across all content and digital channels
Monitor content performance and engagement, then adjust strategy based on data
Identify, approach, and manage collaborations with KOLs/influencers relevant to the brand's character
Negotiate rates and deliverables with KOLs, ensuring content aligns with the brief
Track KOL partnership results (reach, engagement, conversion where applicable)
Collaborate with the product and e-commerce teams for integrated campaigns
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in social media, preferably with influencer/KOL partnership experience
Strong aesthetic sense and taste — understands what makes content visually compelling and aligned with a fashion brand's character
Understands fashion and styling trends, not just content trends
Understands brand positioning and can translate it into consistent content
Strong creative instinct — can generate ideas, not just execute someone else's brief
Up to date with TikTok and Instagram content trends
Experience in KOL negotiation and communication
Able to read and analyze content performance data (reach, engagement rate, follower growth)
Background in fashion or lifestyle industry is a plus
Comfortable working with deadlines and managing multiple priorities
