Strategic Support
- Assist in market, consumer, competitor, and trend research to support marketing strategy and campaign planning.
- Prepare marketing briefs, presentations, reports, and other supporting materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Research creative references and industry practices to inspire campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Gather campaign performance data.
Execution
- Coordinate and maintain relationship with marketing agencies, KOLs, vendors, photographers, media, and brand partners.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, brand activations, partnerships, and events.
- Manage campaign timelines, logistics, and administrative documentation, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Assist with day-to-day marketing operations and cross-functional coordination.
Creative & Content
- Monitor content calendar, ensuring consistent messaging and brand voice across all channels.
- Assist in creating marketing content, including social media copy, website content, email campaigns, and other brand communications in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Engage with followers and customers to build an active online community (social media direct message, comments).
