WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
- 3-6 years of experience in brand, marketing, or strategy
- Experience in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, retail, FMCG.
- Understand Indonesian consumers & digital commerce
- Strong in data, commercial thinking & creative judgment
- Able to turn strategy into action
- Comfortable leading a small team
- Proactive, curious & hands-on
