At IT's Buah, we are on a mission to make healthy living accessible and impactful. We are looking for a Brand & Marketing Leader to drive our holistic marketing strategy from end-to-end, serving as a key growth engine for our sales pipeline.
What You’ll Do:
- End-to-End Strategic Marketing: Own the complete marketing lifecycle to directly support and scale commercial sales.
- Data-Driven Problem Solving: Conduct sharp root-cause analysis to continuously optimize campaign performance and solve complex market challenges.
- Metric Mastery: Monitor, analyze, and take accountability for key marketing KPIs across all channels.
- Fast-Paced Execution: Lead and execute high-impact initiatives in a agile, high-growth environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 year of proven experience in holistic marketing (F&B or Wellness industry experience is highly preferred).
- Strong track record of aligning marketing strategies directly with business and sales goals.
- Deep analytical mindset with an ability to diagnose performance gaps quickly.
- High alignment with IT's Buah’s vision and mission toward health and wellness.
