Job description for Brand Activation at Balans Lifestyle Supplement
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative brand activation initiatives, including events, strategic partnerships, and collaborative campaigns.
Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute brand activation initiatives, including events, experiential campaigns, and marketing collaborations.
- Develop creative proposal and partnership decks for potential brand partners.
- Identify and approach brands for strategic collaborations, both online and offline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners, communities, and external stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end collaboration projects from ideation, negotiation, planning, to execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, creative, and operations) to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign analysis and reports.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in brand activation, event management, partnerships, or marketing roles.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Creative thinker with strong initiative and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
