Location: Cikeas Udik, Bogor Regency (On-site, Mon-Sat, 9 AM - 5 PM)
Ricu’s Secret is a health and wellness brand founded by Indonesian public figure Ricky Cuaca, inspired by his personal journey of diet and lifestyle change. Launched in 2019 under PT Ricu Perkasa Utama, the brand is committed to helping people achieve sustainable health goals through safe, effective, and enjoyable daily routines.
About the role
Plan and execute brand activation initiatives, including events, exhibitions, roadshows, and product sampling. Manage sponsorships, partnerships, and community collaborations to strengthen brand awareness and engagement.
Requirements:
- Plan and execute brand activation initiatives, including events, exhibitions, roadshows, and product sampling.
- Manage sponsorships, partnerships, and community collaborations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare post-event reports.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze, KPIs, and prepare post campaign reports.
- Build partner relationships to strengthen brand awareness and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field.
- Experience in Brand Activation, Events, Partnerships, or Marketing is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Willing to travel and work on-site as required.
