We're hiring a Brand Activation Manager to join a growing company in the healthy food industry, based in Jakarta.
About the Role
You'll lead brand activation strategy and execution — planning and running campaigns, events, and in-market initiatives that build visibility and drive engagement for our brand in the healthy food space.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand activation plans aligned with overall marketing strategy
- Lead and manage a team to deliver activation campaigns on time and on budget
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and trade teams
- Monitor campaign performance and report on ROI
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, agencies, and retail partners
Requirements
- Male
- Age maximum 37 years old
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a managerial/leadership role in the same company is a must, ideally in brand activation or trade marketing
- Experience in the healthy food, coffee or skincare industry is a must
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Stable employment history (no frequent job-hopping)
- Based in or willing to relocate to Jakarta
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
