Your Mission
Bring MISO closer to pet parents through meaningful partnerships, engaging community experiences, and creative outreach initiatives. You'll help grow our offline presence, strengthen relationships with existing customers, and introduce MISO to new communities.
What You'll Do
- Brainstorm and execute creative brand activation ideas that introduce MISO to new audiences and strengthen connections with existing customers.
- Develop engaging offline campaigns, experiential marketing activities, and community initiatives that bring MISO's brand to life
- Identify opportunities to promote MISO through pet-friendly venues, communities, events, and strategic collaborations.
- Plan and coordinate MISO's participation in bazaars, expos, pet gatherings, and other promotional events.
- Manage event and campaign execution, including logistics, staffing, promotional materials, and vendor coordination.
- Build relationships with community leaders, potential partners, and organizations to create memorable brand experiences.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Creative team to develop campaign concepts, promotional assets, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Stay updated on pet industry trends, consumer behavior, and creative marketing opportunities.
- Track activation results, customer engagement, and campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

Experience
1–3 years of experience in community engagement, event coordination, partnerships, brand activation, or related fields.
Experience organizing events, community gatherings, or brand activations is preferred.
Comfortable approaching potential partners and building relationships independently.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Able to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with different teams.
Willing to work on selected weekends for events, with adjusted days off as arranged.
Experience in the pet industry is a plus, but not required.
