Job description for Branch Service Lead at WM Center

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of clinic branches to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency
  • Coordinate closely with Head of Operations to implement operational policies, standards, and improvements
  • Monitor branch performance, including service quality, manpower, and operational KPIs
  • Lead and supervise branch teams (Front Office, operational staff, and supporting roles)
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, service standards, and company policies within the branch.
  • Act as the main point of contact for operational issues and escalation at the area level

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations or area management (hospitality, healthcare, or service industry preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work across locations and manage multiple teams simultaneously
