Job description for Branch Service Lead at WM Center

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of clinic branches to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency
Coordinate closely with Head of Operations to implement operational policies, standards, and improvements
Monitor branch performance, including service quality, manpower, and operational KPIs
Lead and supervise branch teams (Front Office, operational staff, and supporting roles)
Ensure compliance with SOPs, service standards, and company policies within the branch.
Act as the main point of contact for operational issues and escalation at the area level

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations or area management (hospitality, healthcare, or service industry preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Able to work across locations and manage multiple teams simultaneously
