Job Description
- Oversee daily café and bar operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Manage, supervise, and coordinate café and bar staff.
- Maintain service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational standards.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, purchasing, and operational costs.
- Manage staff scheduling and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues.
- Develop strategies to improve sales, service quality, and overall business performance.
- Prepare operational reports and coordinate with management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in café, bar, or F&B operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of both café and bar operations.
- Experience in staff management, inventory control, and daily operational planning.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Good spoken and written English is an advantage.
