Our client, a multinational automotive finance company, is currently looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead its branch operations and drive business growth in Surabaya.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing overall branch performance, business development, sales, and collection activities, while ensuring portfolio quality, profitability, and operational excellence.

โซ๏ธ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
โซ๏ธ Minimum 10 years of experience in the multifinance industry.
โซ๏ธ Minimum 5 years of experience as a Branch Manager.
โซ๏ธ Strong experience managing both Retail and Wholesale Financing businesses.
โซ๏ธ Proven track record in driving business growth and achieving branch targets.
โซ๏ธ Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
โซ๏ธ Solid understanding of sales, marketing, collection, and portfolio management.
โซ๏ธ Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
โซ๏ธ Strategic mindset with strong business development capabilities.
โซ๏ธ English proficiency is preferred.
โซ๏ธ Candidates from well-known multifinance companies are highly preferred.
โซ๏ธ Experience in captive finance companies will be an advantage.

โซ๏ธ Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, customers, business partners, and OEMs.
โซ๏ธ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and financing programs to identify business opportunities.
โซ๏ธ Ensure operational excellence and high levels of customer satisfaction.
โซ๏ธ Lead, coach, and develop branch team members, including supporting recruitment and team expansion.
โซ๏ธ Regularly report branch performance and business plans to Management.
