As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring that all branch activities align with corporate goals and standards. Your key duties will include developing and executing strategic plans to increase market share, managing administrative functions efficiently, and providing excellent customer service to maintain strong client relationships. You will also lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a collaborative culture through effective teamwork and leadership, while utilizing tools such as Microsoft Excel and Word to prepare reports and manage data accurately.
We welcome applications from candidates who possess a Bachelor's Degree and have between 3 and 5 years of relevant professional experience.
