Job description for BRANCH MANAGER at Jalak Kargo Logistik

Responsibilities :

1. Plan, direct and control all operations within the service area of the branch in a way that provides maximum service to customers while maintaning a cost-effective branch operation and market services to customers by organizing and directing staff in providing in depth account representations in an effort to meet and/or exceed targeted objectives.

2. Have an experiences in selling domestic and international services.

3. Identify new markets and business opportunities.

4. Develop network and cooperation with internal and external parties.

5. Review and analyse sales perfomance and achievement.

6. Keep abreast with industry development and update of sales systems and ensure all procedures and policies updated.

Job Requirements :

1. Candidates must possess at least a bachelor's degree or any field

2. Required skills : selling skills, leadership skill.

3. At least 5 years of working experiences in the related field is required for this position.

4. Preferably manager / Assistant managers specializing in logistics/supply chain or equivalent.

5. Minimum of 3 years experiences in international/domestic express, land, sea, and air freight industry.

6. Prefebly manager / Assistant manager in sales corporate or equivalent.

7. Experience in handling branches operations.

8. Knowledge of express and distributions industry.

9. Good command of english (both written and verbal)

10. Computer literate on microsoft office application.

11. Strong planning, organizing, negotiation and presentation skill.

12. Applicants must be original jakarta citizen.

13. Full time positions available.
