About the Role
As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the branch. You will lead the team, drive business growth, ensure an exceptional patient experience, and work closely with the management and cross-functional teams to achieve the company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the branch and ensure smooth, efficient service delivery.
- Lead, manage, and develop the branch team to achieve sales, service, and operational targets.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue, patient acquisition, retention, and overall branch growth.
- Monitor branch performance, including sales, operational KPIs, customer experience, and financial performance.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality patient service and experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, partners, and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing, Medical, HR, and Operations teams to ensure effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, team performance, and overall branch efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and applicable healthcare and industry regulations.
- Prepare regular branch performance reports and provide actionable insights to management.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3–5 years of experience in branch management, clinic management, hospitality, retail, wellness, or a similar customer-facing business.
- Proven experience in team leadership and performance management.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and drive sales and operational performance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic thinker who is also comfortable being hands-on in day-to-day operations.
- Strong customer and service orientation with a passion for creating exceptional patient experiences.
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Experience in the aesthetic, beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry is highly preferred.
