Job description for Branch Manager - KK Cipinang Indah at PT Generasi Kode Cerdas (KodeKiddo)
Job Descriptions :
- Maintain a well communication & relationship with parents & school partners within operations of the branch including data entry, registration, schedule, payment, customer care & solution
- Responsible for the customer lifecycle, starting from following up leads, offerings & negotiation
- Collaborate with centers lead teacher in implementing the company guideline within centers staff, classroom & office management to provide the best services to parents & kiddos
- Provide an accurate monthly reports such revenues, new students & other administrative reports data
- Assist in various kodekiddo projects such as coding competitions, school activities, etc
Requirements :
- Minimum of fresh graduates bachelor's degree in marketing communications, management, or related disciplines
- Proven knowledge & skills in negotiate & building a both fun & interactive relationships with parents & students
- Proven communication skills in english (verbal & written)
- Proven leadership, collaboration & office management person
- Right attitude, responsible, discipline & enthusiast
- Willing to work in our office at KodeKiddo Cipinang Indah
