Job description for Branch Manager - Jakarta Selatan at BUUMI Playscape
The role will be responsible for managing daily branch operations and driving business growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Sales Growth & School Partnerships: Building relationships and establishing partnerships with schools to introduce BUUMI’s edutainment programs, develop collaboration opportunities, and generate new revenue streams. This also includes planning and organizing events, school visits, and promotional activities to attract more customers.
- Operational Excellence: Ensuring smooth daily branch operations, maintaining service quality, implementing SOPs, and creating a positive and engaging experience for children and parents.
- Team Development & Performance: Leading, coaching, and developing the branch team, setting performance targets, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring the team delivers excellent service and achieves business goals.
- Branch Profitability: Monitoring branch revenue, expenses, and overall financial performance to ensure the branch meets its business targets and operates efficiently.
- Business Performance Analysis: Using Excel to analyze sales data, customer trends, operational performance, and team productivity to identify areas for improvement and develop effective action plans.
- English Communication: Communicating effectively in English when needed, including interacting with international customers, colleagues, or other stakeholders.
