Job description for Boutique Assistant at HAYAQI
We are looking for a friendly and energetic Boutique Assistant/ SPG to join our HAYAQI team in Ubud, Bali. You will be the face of HAYAQI.

Job Description:
1. Customer Service & Sales: Greet every customer with a warm smile and friendly energy. Tell the HAYAQI story to customers, explaining our fabrics, ethical sourcing, and slow fashion values. Achieve sales targets to earn bonuses.
2. Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is always clean, tidy, and organized. Fold, hang, and steam clothing to ensure products look their best. Restock items on the floor as they are sold.
3. Transactions & Admin: Process payments accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 1-2 years of Retail or Sales experience (in fashion is essential)
2. Language: English & Bahasa Indonesia
3. Friendly, confident, and polite personality
4. Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

(Salary: IDR 4,000,000-5,000,000/ per month)
Bonus: Additional performance-based bonuses based on monthly sales performance

Probation: 2 month probation period
