Job description for Bookkeeper at Innovature Consulting Inc.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Manage daily bookkeeping activities including journal entries, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and payroll processing.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other general ledger accounts on a regular
- basis.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with internal timelines and client requirements.
- Maintain strong and professional communication with clients, updating them on financial matters and deadlines regularly.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, accounting principles, and client-specific SLAs.
- Proactively identify and flag discrepancies, risks, or potential issues in financial data.
- Experience in process Aged Care billing is a plus, or have a willingness to learn this space.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor‘s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- From 3 to 5 years of bookkeeping experience (ideally with Xero and Australian companies)
- Strong English communication skills (written and oral)
- Soli understanding of general accounting principles and reconciliations.
