Hiring: Bookkeeper
**Location:** Uluwatu, Bali

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized **Bookkeeper** to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing daily transactions, and supporting the accounting and finance functions of the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Record daily financial transactions accurately.
* Reconcile bank accounts, petty cash, and payment gateways.
* Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
* Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports.
* Process supplier invoices and payments.
* Maintain organized financial records and supporting documents.
* Assist with month-end closing procedures.
* Coordinate with the Accountant and management regarding financial matters.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and Indonesian accounting regulations.
Qualifications
* Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Minimum **2 years of experience** as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
* Experience with accounting software such as Xero, Accurate, or similar systems.
* Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
* Good analytical and organizational skills.
* Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
* Familiar with inventory and cost control processes.
* Knowledge of Indonesian taxation is an advantage.
