About Internship Program at Bobobox

✨ Working arrangement: Hybrid (2 days wfo + 3 days wfa) Bandung-based
✨ Period: 3 months
What will you do?
- Provide product training to Users.
- Develop knowledge bases and FAQs for released SONATA product
- Track and report on released feature performance
- Respond to user queries, provide clear and sufficient guidance to users.
- Identify issue trends for reporting to product manager as insight to improve the product stability and quality
Apply if you :
- Currently in the last semester or fresh graduate from communication, business administration, hospitality background.
- Tech savvy
- Good understanding of documentation process
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Good logical and structural thinking
- Attention to detail
