BIM Engineer / BIM Modeler
Responsibilities:
-Develop, maintain, and update BIM models for MEP and building systems.
-Create and manage 3D models using Revit and other relevant BIM software.
-Coordinate BIM models between MEP, architectural, and structural disciplines.
-Prepare BIM drawings, views, schedules, and documentation as required.
-Update BIM models according to design changes and actual site conditions.
-Support project teams in BIM coordination, construction planning, and technical problem-solving.
-Maintain BIM model standards, naming conventions, revisions, and project documentation.
Requirements:
-Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, BIM, or a related field.
-Strong experience with Revit and BIM modeling.
-Experience in MEP BIM coordination is preferred.
-Ability to read and understand architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
-Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
General Requirements:
-Relevant experience in construction, warehouse, industrial, commercial, or building projects is preferred.
-Ability to work effectively with consultants, contractors, engineers, and project management teams.
-Good communication and coordination skills.
-Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary project team.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
-Knowledge of relevant Indonesian construction standards and regulations is an advantage.
-Candidates with experience in building or industrial projects will be highly preferred.
-Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Mandarin is a plus)
