- Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Sipil, Arsitektur atau bidang terkait

- Pengalaman minimal 3 – 5 tahun sebagai BIM Engineer / BIM Modeler

- Familiar dengan gambar kerja detail untuk struktur waduk / PLTA menjadi nilai tambah

- Memiliki sertifikasi terkait BIM (Autodesk Certified Professional – Revit, atau lainnya)

- Mahir dalam Autodesk Revit (MEP), TEKLA, Navisworks, dan AutoCAD

- Memiliki Pengetahuan yang kuat tentang detail konstruksi dan standar gambar

- Memiliki Keterampilan koordinasi dan pemecahan masalah yang baik

- Memiliki Kemampuan berbahasa Inggris tingkat bisnis
