Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan minimal D3 Kebidanan atau S1 Kebidanan.
Memiliki STR aktif.
Diutamakan memiliki sertifikat PPI (pelatihan penanganan kegawatdaruratan obstetri dan neonatal).
Mampu bekerja dalam tim, komunikatif dan ramah.
Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift.
