Job description for BFI Dharmasraya - Customer Service at PT BFI Finance Indonesia Area Sumbagteng

- Bertugas memastikan segala kegiatan yang bersifat administratif / ketatausahaan kantor atau perusahaan berjalan dengan baik dan lancar

- Bertanggung jawab atas kepuasan konsumen melalui pelayanan, agar mendukung peningkatan pencapaian target cabang

- Memberikan informasi mengenai persyaratan pembiayaan dan angsuran/perhitungan pelunasan kepada konsumen walk in

- Menerima dan merespon telepon dari konsumen

- Menerima pembayaran angsuran dari nasabah dan team collection.

- Melakukan inputan transaksi pembayaran angsuran nasabah dan team collection.

- Melakukan stock opname transaksi keuangan setiap hari.
