Responsibilities
Conduct regular visits to outlets to evaluate the quality of taste, presentation, and cleanliness of products
Ensure taste consistency of beverages/food across all branches
Audit the use of raw materials and production equipment
Prepare quality evaluation reports for management
Research beverage trends and analyze competitors
Develop new menu recipes (coffee, non-coffee, seasonal menu)
Conduct taste testing before a menu is launched
Calculate food cost/HPP for each new recipe
Create and update recipe SOPs and production measurements
Train new employees and existing staff according to company SOPs
Conduct onboarding and intensive training for new branch openings (cafe and restaurant)
Provide training whenever a new menu (beverage or food) is launched
Conduct internal assessment/certification for barista and other outlet staff
Train presentation standards (plating & presentation) and customer service
Qualifications
Minimum education of high school/vocational school or equivalent
Minimum 2-3 years of work experience as a Barista
Experience in Research & Development (R&D) of food/beverage menus
Preferably has experience as Quality Control (QC) for F&B products
Preferably has experience handling multiple outlets/branches
Willing to travel/go out of town for outlet visits
Able to prepare well-organized recipe and SOP documentation
Understands food safety & hygiene standards
Good communication and public speaking skills to train cross-functional teams (barista, kitchen, service)
Able to develop training materials that are easy to understand for staff at all levels
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and holds high quality standards
Able to work with targets and deadlines
