Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in F&B, cafe, beverage shop, dessert store
Fresh graduates with strong attitude and willingness to learn are welcome
Friendly, active, and customer service oriented
Able to handle cashier, order taking, and guest interaction
Understand basic hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
Tech-savvy and comfortable using POS system and digital ordering platforms

Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily store operations and customer service
Prepare beverages and desserts according to SOP
Manage cashier and order transactions
Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene standards
Support stock checking and daily operational needs
Ensure positive guest experience and service consistency
