Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport hotel guests to and from designated destinations
- Assist guests with luggage handling during arrival and departure
- Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of hotel vehicles
- Comply with traffic laws and hotel safety standards
- Provide courteous, friendly, and professional service to all guests
- Coordinate with Front Office and Concierge for guest transportation arrangements
- Immediately report vehicle issues, accidents, or incidents to the supervisor
Qualifications
- Male, maximum age 35 years
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Valid and active driving license (SIM A)
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Bell Driver or similar position in a hotel environment
- Able to communicate in English
- Familiar with local routes and traffic conditions
- Well-groomed appearance, polite manner, and service-oriented attitude
- Physically fit and willing to work on shift schedules
