Qualifications :
- Experience in content creation, including writing and developing digital content
- Understanding of skincare and makeup trends and products
- Skills in social media content creation and strategy
- Ability to create engaging video content
- Strong research and content development skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and design teams
- Experience in the skincare or cosmetics is a must
- Experience in creating personal branding is a plus
As an Content Creator, you will :
• Develop and create daily content for social media according to brand's strandard
• Collaborate and brainstorm content plans and strategies with the editorial and social media teams to optimize content formats and performance
• Stay up to date with trends in social media and digital platforms (TikTok, Reels Instagram)
• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics (engagement, traffic, conversions)
• At least 1-2 years of experience in content creating, preferably in the beauty, lifestyle, or consumer goods industry
• Strong aesthetic sense and ability to identify the best product angles, especially for makeup content
• Actively follows trends such as Get Ready With Me, makeup challenges, tutorials, and other beauty-related content
• Creative and capable of generating engaging, out-of-the-box content ideas
• Ability to pose, perform voice-overs, and appear confidently on camera is a strong plus
