Job Description:
- Welcome clients and conduct initial skin/needs assessments.
- Recommend personalized treatments/products and explain benefits, procedure steps, and aftercare.
- Drive sales of packages and promotions; follow up proactively to hit monthly targets.
- Record client data and progress in the CRM and schedule next visits.
- Collaborate with doctors/therapists to deliver safe, effective treatment plans.
- Handle first-line concerns with empathy and escalate when needed.
- Support events, digital activations, and marketing campaigns.
Requirement:
- Communicative, friendly, and sociable
- Minimum Diploma (D3) preferred.
- Understanding of Marketing.
- Experience in the Beauty Clinic industry.
- Preference will be given to those residing in the Tangerang and Serpong areas.
