Qualifications:
- Minimum graduated from High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent
- Passionate about beauty, skincare, and customer service
- Friendly, confident, and well-groomed appearance
- Good communication skills (English required; other languages are a plus)
- Able to work in a team and achieve sales targets
- Experience in retail or the beauty industry preferred
