Jobdesc

Konsultasi & Rekomendasi: Menganalisis kebutuhan dan jenis kulit pelanggan serta memberikan saran produk makeup yang sesuai.
Aplikasi Makeup / Demo Produk: Mengaplikasikan makeup tester ke pelanggan untuk menunjukkan cara penggunaan dan keunggulan produk.
Penjualan & Target: Mencapai target penjualan ritel harian/bulanan di toko.
Pengelolaan Toko/Counter: Memastikan materi promosi, tester, persediaan stok (display), serta area konter tetap rapi dan bersih

Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan: Minimal SMA/SMK sederajat
Penampilan & Grooming: Berpenampilan menarik, rapi, bersih.
Pengalaman: Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman 3-5 tahun sebagai Beauty Advisor, SPG Kosmetik, Retail Sales, atau Makeup Artist (MUA).
