Job description for Beauty Advisor (Cikarang) at PT NRI Global Mandiri (Nature Republic Indonesia)
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
Memastikan target perjualan tercapai
Membantu customer dalam melakukan pembayaran
Menciptakan hubungan baik dengan customer agar target penjualan tercapai
Bertanggung jawab untuk mendampingi customer dengan menyediakan informasi terkait produk yang dicari
Memastikan pengetahuan akan produk selalu up to date
Menunjukan sikap positif sebagai perwakilan dari brand
Memastikan prosedur pembukaan dan penutupan toko berjalan sesuai dengan SOP
Melakukan stock opname harian dan bulanan
Membantu manager dalam menyediakan data laporan stock, penjualan, customer service sesuai dalam jangka waktu yang di berikan
Persyaratan :
Usia maksimal 33 thn
Memiliki ketertarikan pada industri kosmetik
Memiliki tinggi proposional : wanita ( min 155cm), pria (min 160cm)
Diutamakan memiliki minimal 6 bulan pengalaman di bidang sales / retail
Minimal pendidikan SMK/SMU atau sederajat
Bepenampilan menarik, ramah dan energik
Bersedia bekerja saat weekend & hari libur nasional
Bersedia di tempatkan di store Lippo Mall Cikarang
