Job description for Beauty Advisor Batam at PT NRI Global Mandiri (Nature Republic Indonesia)
Tugas dan tanggung jawab:
Memastikan target perjualan tercapai
Membantu customer dalam melakukan pembayaran
Menciptakan hubungan baik dengan customer agar target penjualan tercapai
Bertanggung jawab untuk mendampingi customer dengan menyediakan informasi terkait produk yang dicari
Memastikan pengetahuan akan produk selalu up to date
Menunjukan sikap positif sebagai perwakilan dari brand
Memastikan prosedur pembukaan dan penutupan toko berjalan sesuai dengan SOP
Melakukan stock opname harian dan bulanan
Membantu manager dalam menyediakan data laporan stock, penjualan, customer service sesuai dalam jangka waktu yang di berikan
Kualifikasi :
Usia 19-35 tahun
Memiliki ketertarikan pada industri kosmetik
Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman di bidang sales / retail
Minimal pendidikan SMK/SMU atau sederajat
Bepenampilan rapih, ramah dan energik
Pengalaman dan paham terhadap kosmetik lebih diutamakan
Bersedia bekerja saat weekend & hari libur nasional
Bersedia di tempatkan Mobile di Watson Grand Batam Mall, Nagoya Hill Mall dan Mega Mall Batam
