We are also searching for a **Co-Founder Growth & Distribution** (equity-only, milestone unlocks).
This **BD Specialist / Ops** role is a practical transition hire to start merchant and partner motion now.
## Context (public-safe)
- PMA in Indonesia; KopasAI live and demo-ready
- Early commercialization stage
- This role owns day-to-day local-language execution with merchants/partners
## What you will do
1. Map and contact UMKM / local partners / early reseller candidates
2. Support recruiting and simple onboarding of an early agent list
3. Keep a clean pipeline; schedule visits/calls; light ops rhythm
4. Own Indonesian-language field communication; summarize for the founder in English
5. 60–90 day success: living pipeline + activated partners or documented near-wins
## Must-haves
- Fluent Indonesian; based in Bandung or Jakarta
- Comfortable with field outreach and pipeline hygiene
- Prefer experience touching UMKM / retail / channel / partner motions
