What You'll Do:
- Spot and connect with amazing KOLs & influencers.
- Run full influencer campaigns from outreach to reporting.
- Keep everything on-brand, on-time, and on-point.
- Track results and optimize for performance (engagement, reach, conversions).
- Collaborate across teams to bring influencer content into our broader campaigns.
- Build and maintain a powerful creator database across tiers and niches.
What You Bring:
- 1+ year of experience in influencer marketing, KOL partnerships, or affiliate management (fashion/beauty/lifestyle preferred).
- A deep understanding of the creator landscape in Indonesia.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus
